Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and equipment based on customer needs.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information to customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries via phone or in person.
• Maintain and document accurate driver and rental information during the process.
