Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service guiding customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform administrative tasks: printing reports, processing paperwork, auditing documents, and handling payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
