Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments for appraisals and communicate findings to Buyers.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks: printing reports, paperwork, and payment processing.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair orders for billing accuracy.
