Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Perform vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Conduct cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle paperwork, reports, and payments with accuracy.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
