Responsibilities

• Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document appraisal details for Buyers.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle paperwork, printing, auditing and payments with accuracy.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
