Qualifications

• Ability to read and transcribe data accurately and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to uphold CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reports, paperwork, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
