Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Client Experience Associate in Burke, VA to deliver a superior customer experience across branches.

You will interact with customers, educate them on options for financial transactions, and identify banking opportunities during conversations to drive loyalty and share of wallet. You will engage customers in the lobby, leverage technology to assist in transactions, and refer complex needs to branch staff while adhering to policy and risk controls.

Qualifications

• No degree required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Typically less than 1 year of related experience requested.
• Ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience and strong communication skills.
