Job summary

Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Aurora, CO. The CSR is the first point of contact for customers and will explain the repair process, coordinate rentals, and support insurance-related steps.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, teamwork, and efficient service in a fast-paced auto-repair environment. Qualifications include 18+ years of age, prior customer service or sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide seamless service.
• Ensure vehicle delivery to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist customer communication throughout the repair process as needed.
• Monitor DRP assignments and scheduling for estimates and repairs.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and ARMS records daily.
• Assist with reconciling invoices and payables reports as applicable.
• Keep customer waiting area clean and stocked with essentials.
• Perform other duties to meet business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
