Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first impression of our customer experience. The CSR explains repair processes, coordinates with insurance, and partners for rental cars to provide one-stop service.

This role supports the service team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair journey. The position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair processes and insurance claim information.
• Coordinate with insurance partners, rental car and tow companies for seamless service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Maintain DRP logs and assist with reconciling invoices as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the repair journey.
• Support the team with administrative tasks to meet business needs.
