Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC in Sherman Oaks, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first impression of our repair-center customer experience. You will explain the repair process, assist with insurance and rental car coordination, and help customers throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process, including insurance claim information.
• Coordinate with insurance partners regarding authorizations and billing.
• Arrange Rental Car and Tow services to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup staff.
• Assist customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Maintain DRP logs and assist with invoices and payments as needed.
