Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Derby, Kansas seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience, manage relationships with customers and insurance partners, and provide administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule repairs, retrieve authorizations, prepare RO work packets, and maintain CCC One and ARMS records while ensuring smooth communication throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and related tools with proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments promptly and obtain repair authorization docs for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers during repairs in CCC One.
• Confirm and update rental car information in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure vehicles are reflected in CCC One.
