Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience while coordinating with customers, insurers, and the Repair Facility Team. This role emphasizes administrative support and communication throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorizations, managing rental information, and documenting interactions in CCC One.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance authorizations for vehicle repairs.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers/insurers in CCC One notes.
• Confirm and update rental car information in CCC One.
• Monitor ARMS daily to keep records synced with CCC One.
