Job summary

Caliber Collision in San Pablo, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating workflows and load levels across the shop. You will liaise with rental car and insurance partners to ensure seamless service.

The role requires 1+ year in a customer-facing environment, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work through competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service and collaborate well with others.

Responsibilities

• Greet and deliver extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and assist with load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow providers to offer one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
