Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Brookhaven Repair Center in Atlanta, GA. The CSR is the first impression of the customer experience, guiding clients through repair processes, insurance details, and coordinating rental car/tow services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process and insurance claim information.
• Coordinate rental car / tow to provide one-stop service.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments and capture rates of assignments.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and ARMS records daily.
• Assist with reconciling invoices to payables and maintain customer waiting area.
