Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant in Union City, GA. You will greet customers, determine their needs, and provide guidance to ensure smooth repairs. You’ll support Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photographing, while coordinating transportation and paperwork.

Expect to interact with customers, clients, teammates and vendors, upholding Caliber's standards and industry guidelines. E-Verify and U.S. work eligibility apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Respond with guidance and assistance to ensure smooth repairs
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation, prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors
