Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at our Frederick service center on Willowdale Dr. You will greet customers, assess needs, and coordinate with estimators to ensure smooth vehicle repairs.

Role involves handling drop-offs, taking photographs, preparing paperwork, arranging transportation, and communicating with customers and vendors while adhering to company SOPs. Equal opportunity employer; legal work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Prepare paperwork and arrange customer transportation.
• Deliver effective communication with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.
• Follow Caliber’s SOPs and insurance partner guidelines.
