Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a customer service professional to act as the single point of contact for customers within the Adhesive Technologies unit. You will manage order-to-cash processes, handle inquiries, and build strong relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.

Collaborating with internal partners, you will align priorities to meet customer needs while leveraging SAP and Salesforce to improve efficiency and service quality across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for customer facing activities/customer experience, acting as single point of contact for the customer, adopting customer centric mindset.
• Run order to cash and customer service management, focusing mainly on customer interaction related activities (in/outbound).
• Build customer relationships by supporting inquiries; Collect feedback & identify opportunities to drive customer satisfaction.
• Provide quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention via customer interaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal partners, judging and aligning priorities to meet customer needs vs. supply chain capabilities.
• Prioritize own workflow, ensure work is completed with productivity, quality & timeliness; use KPI's and reports to monitor own performance.
• Ensure business continuity and enhance efficiencies. Utilize customer service systems and tools (SAP & Salesforce) to drive efficiencies and provide relevant feedback to contribute to improvements.
