Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit is seeking a customer service professional to own order-to-cash processes, manage customer interactions, and build strong relationships that enhance satisfaction.

You will use SAP and Salesforce, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to securing growth while maintaining quality and timely service. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred in Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer-facing activities and act as single point of contact for customers.

  • Provide quality service and support retention or new business through interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and align priorities with supply chain capabilities.
  • Monitor performance using KPIs and reports to improve efficiency and outcomes.

What You´ll Do
  • Accountable for customer facing activities/customer experience, acting as single point of contact for the customer, adopting customer centric mindset.
  • Run order to cash and customer service management, focusing mainly on customer interaction related activities (in/outbound.)
  • Build customer relationships by supporting inquiries; Collect feedback & identify opportunities to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Provide quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention via customer interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners, judging and aligning priorities to meet customer needs vs. supply chain capabilities.
  • Prioritize own workflow, ensure work is completed with productivity, quality & timeliness; use KPI's and reports to monitor own performance.
  • Ensure business continuity and enhance efficiencies. Utilize customer service systems and tools (SAP & Salesforce) to drive efficiencies and provide relevant feedback to contribute to improvements.

The salary range for this role is $55,000.00 and $65,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
