Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mount Pleasant, SC to be the first point of contact for customers. You will explain the repair process, assist with insurance information, and coordinate rental car and tow services to provide a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and eligible for company insurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process and insurance claim information.
• Coordinate Rental Car / Tow providers to deliver one-stop service.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and capture rates.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and ARMS daily.
• Assist with reconciling invoices to payables report daily and monthly.
• Ensure customer waiting area is clean and stocked with items.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
