Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking an Account Specialist to join our Account Management Team. You will support the Best Experience philosophy by building and maintaining positive business relationships, delivering customer service, and mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities include training, presenting to customers, and collaborating across departments to resolve issues, while maintaining strong communication with senior managers and buyers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in an office environment.
• At least 2 years of account management or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Confident presenting to groups; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to key accounts, including problem resolution, follow-up, and shipment expediting.
• Deliver ongoing account-specific training on policies and programs for customer service reps.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Gather feedback from account influencers to suggest program or policy changes.
• Interpret customer programs to assist CSR with issue resolution.
• Anticipate customer needs and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Report problems affecting service quality and propose solutions.
• Manage orders, claims, and returns for accounts.
