Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with timely, accurate information, or redirect to a supervisor.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment time,s and addresses.
• Other duties as required.
