Transdev North America is seeking a Bus Driver in Orlando, FL to provide safe, reliable transportation for our passengers while upholding exemplary customer service. The role requires standing by strict safety protocols and operating routes on schedule.

Starting pay is $19.10 per hour with progression to $21.07 over five years, plus benefits including vacation, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work shifts or flexible schedules.
• DOT drug testing and physical may apply.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations following routes and schedules.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarkation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Other duties as required.
