Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe, providing change as needed to cash registers.
• Engages customers, greets them, and provides assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintains store systems, pricing, and stock areas; supports backroom operations.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and local regulations.
