• Help customers select services, scheduling options, and solutions suited to their needs.
• Resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution focused approach, turning challenges into opportunities.
• Coordinate customer requests and recurring schedules to ensure services are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Partner with Scheduling to plan service routes and allocate resources while meeting customer expectations.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process with timely confirmations, updates, and solutions.
• Own service requests from initiation through completion, ensuring commitments are fulfilled.
• Collaborate across departments to align customer needs with operational capabilities.
• Maintain accurate customer information, service details, and operational records.
• Recommend process improvements that strengthen service quality, operational efficiency, and the customer journey.
