Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools.
• Customer service or related work experience in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and operations to ensure delivery requirements.
• Facilitate quotes, pricing, and new item specifications/projects.
• Manage orders and scheduling to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Proactively monitor order activity and inventory levels.
• Prepare reports and share data with customers.
• Resolve routine customer quality issues with the Quality Manager.
