Driven Autobody Shop is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and the shop team throughout the collision repair process. You will handle scheduling, payments, file management, and administrative tasks to keep repairs organized and customers informed.

The role requires clear communication with customers, insurance representatives, and shop staff; you will manage appointments, document handling, data entry, and provide day-to-day admin support to keep the body shop running

Qualifications

• Two+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Clerical or administrative experience.
• Comfort with computers and business software.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Organized with good time management.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Vaccinal validity of driving and transportation considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers through the repair process.
• Communicate with customers by phone and provide updates.
• Coordinate scheduling for repairs and appointments.
• Process customer payments and maintain payment records.
• Create and maintain customer files and related documentation.
• Assist with forms, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer information and repair records.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the shop.
• Work with estimators and production staff to keep repairs moving forward.
• Assist with parts ordering, supplements, and quality-control as needed.
