Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior customer experience and support the Repair Facility Team with administrative tasks. You will manage communications with customers and insurers, schedule repairs, and ensure accurate documentation in CCC One.

The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and a solid customer service orientation. Prior office experience and a valid driver’s license are beneficial in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of similar admin experience preferred.
• Experience in auto body or similar environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance companies.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and follow scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare repair order work packets with QC checklists and parts list.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Coordinate rental car information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Monitor ARMS daily to ensure consistency with CCC One.
