Job summary

Hansons in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to help homeowners enjoy a great experience from their first appointment through project completion. You will coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and internal teams, and help keep daily operations organized.

No construction experience is needed — we’ll train you, and starting pay is $20–$22/hour with weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, and 401(k) with company match after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and project updates.
• Schedule installations and measurement appointments.
• Coordinate with customers, installers, technicians, sales teams, and managers.
• Manage scheduling changes and help resolve customer concerns.
• Process customer payments, checks, and deposits.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Order office and sales supplies.
• Support daily office operations and project completion.
