Job summary

HANSONS is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Ypsilanti, MI to keep projects running smoothly from first appointment through completion. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, communicating with customers and internal teams, and maintaining organized daily operations.

No construction experience is required—we will train you. Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour with weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and project updates.
• Schedule installations and measurement appointments.
• Coordinate with customers, installers, technicians, sales teams, and managers.
• Manage scheduling changes and help resolve customer concerns.
• Process customer payments, checks, and deposits.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Order office and sales supplies and support daily operations.
