Job summary

BathWorks of Michigan is seeking a Customer Communications Specialist to guide homeowners from contract signing through their one-day bath remodel. This on-site role in Byron Center, MI offers Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM and starts at $20/hour.

You will build relationships, coordinate schedules with Sales, Operations, and Installation, and ensure every detail is captured and communicated, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Build relationships with customers by answering questions, providing updates, and being their go-to point of contact.
• Keep projects moving by coordinating schedules, timelines, and important details.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams to create a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate project notes and follow-up so no detail gets missed.
