Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a 2nd shift Sales Support - Customer Experience Rep in Cincinnati, OH to handle inquiries, provide product information, and support the sales team with CRM data and lead follow-up.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with responsibilities across multiple departments in the local branch and occasional visits to the corporate HQ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver''s license and safe operation of lift trucks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales inquiries by phone and online chat.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers by phone or email.
• Pre-qualify customer inquiries and disseminate call information to appropriate sales staff.
• Make outbound telephone calls to customers about Crown products.
• Log and track customer information in CRM and share with sales teams.
• Follow-up on sales leads and record results.
• Participate in training activities locally, in the field, and at headquarters.
• Work within various departments within the branch as needed.
