Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global lift truck leader, is seeking a Sales Support/Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati, OH. You will handle inquiries, provide product information, and log interactions in CRM to support the sales team.

Requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license. Training occurs locally and at times at the corporate HQ, with opportunities to grow within the Crown network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales inquiries by phone and online chat.
• Provide product information and recommendations by phone or email.
• Pre-qualify customer inquiries and route to appropriate sales personnel.
• Make outbound calls to customers about Crown products.
• Log and share customer information in the CRM system with sales teams.
• Follow-up on sales leads and record results.
• Participate in training locally, in the field, and at the corporate headquarters.
• Collaborate with branches and other departments as needed.

Job Duties

• Answer incoming sales inquiries by phone and online chat.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers by phone or email.
• Pre-qualify customer inquiry and disseminate call information to appropriate sales person or departments.
• Make outbound telephone calls to customers about Crown products.
• Log and track customer information in CRM system and and communicate customer information to sales teams.
• Follow-up on sales leads and record sales results.
• Participate in training activities locally, in the field, & occasionally at the New Bremen corporate headquarters.
• Work within various departments within the branch as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, organizational, and & time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment are necessary.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, & the ability to safely operate lift trucks
• Completion of background check, drug screen & physical required.
