Job summary

BEGA North America is seeking a Sales Service Representative to manage the customer journey from initial contact through client satisfaction in Carpinteria, CA. This role handles order entry, technical inquiries, pricing, and RGA management while collaborating with regional sales managers and independent representatives.

We value associates with 2–3 years in customer service, the ability to learn software quickly, and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

Minimum of an associate degree (AS/AA) from a two-year college or technical school.
Two to three years’ customer service experience and/or training preferred.
Must be able to learn and navigate software programs and business systems quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Create a customer-centric sales and service approach to drive brand loyalty.
Differentiate BEGA with proactive, consultative customer engagement.
Establish robust operational systems for a unified, solutions-oriented experience.
Ensure conversational customer interactions to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
Assist with order entry, pricing, negotiations, and issue resolution.
Support regional sales manager and independent reps within the region.
Maintain high standards of work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
