Job summary

Target Specialty Products seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative to support our branch network in California. The role focuses on answering calls, assisting RDCs, handling returns, and helping the service manager with special projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on customer support experience.
• Knowledge of office applications including Google Suite.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer Customer Calls, provide appropriate assistance.
• Assist RDCs with customer service related questions and returns.
• Assist Customer Service Manager with special projects.
• Identify backorders and assist with immediate fulfilment.
• RUP, input all required licence information for customers seeking restricted items.
• Provide all customers,
• Status of purchases for material requirements if applicable for Backorder
• Complete all required safety training
