Responsibilities

• Communicate with customer through various channels regarding shipping, invoice and back orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Achieve product, technical, and territory knowledge.
• Responsible for servicing and supporting existing accounts.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs.
