Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field encouraged.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage selling support, stockroom, signing, equipment, and merchandising

• Interview, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members
• Work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
