Job summary

Total Wine & More stores seek friendly team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, and assisting with curbside pickup/delivery where needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in retail, with experience using POS systems and inventory tools. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends; physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage.
• Deliver excellent service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner in line with company policies.
