Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store team members who excel in customer service and operations, supporting merchandising, curbside pickup, and delivery as needed. You will help maximize inventory, greet customers, and learn product knowledge through in-store training.

Roles can include sales, front-end tasks, and other duties as required. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock displays, and support online orders.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders if needed and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
