Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a highly satisfactory shopping experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas, ensuring adherence to standards and loss prevention policies.

You will interact with customers, promote credit and loyalty programs, and contribute to a positive store culture while handling transactions and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
