Responsibilities

• Models and exemplifies customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Maintains a clean, organized store environment and follows procedures.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and handles money per SOP.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and floor readiness.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Supports loss prevention and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
