Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and coworkers
• Promote and uphold store culture with honesty, integrity and respect
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash accurately per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow standards
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor per procedures
• Support store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Participate in shrink reduction goals and programs
• Engage in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
