Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience.

• Knowledge of POS systems and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of outstanding guest service and hospitality.
• Address customer feedback and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality dining experience for all guests.
• Monitor service flow and support during peak hours.
• Hire, train, and mentor front- and back-of-house staff.
• Set clear expectations for service standards and performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation regulations compliance.
• Manage scheduling to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
• Monitor and manage labor and food costs.
• Analyze sales, customer trends, and performance metrics.
• Implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
• Handle cash management and reporting responsibilities.
• Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct regular checks on service, food presentation, and cleanliness.
