Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, and fuel options to meet customer needs.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.
• Handle reservations and inquiries by phone and provide accurate answers.
