Starting pay is $21 per hour with potential for up to $12,000 in annual bonus and commissions, plus benefits including PTO, insurance, and retirement plans. Schedule includes Friday through Tuesday, 4pm–1am, at Kalispell, MT airport location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional services.
• Offer protection products and upgrades as appropriate.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries by phone or in person.
• Notify management of issues with customers or vehicles as needed.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-provided development.
