Job summary

Eide Ford Lincoln is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role offers hands-on training across front desk, cashier, service greeting, and new vehicle delivery support, with opportunities to grow into other dealership roles.

You will rotate through several responsibilities during the first months, learning dealership systems and processes while delivering a positive customer experience at every step.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn dealership systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and direct to the right department.
• Welcome service customers and assist with check-in.
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
• Assist customers at the front desk and process cashier transactions.
• Support new vehicle deliveries and explain basic vehicle features.
• Help customers pair phones and set up FordPass and Bluetooth.
• Provide a friendly experience before, during, and after visits.
• Communicate with sales, service, finance, and management teams as needed.
