Job summary

Vision Ford Lincoln is seeking a Customer Advocate to own the end-to-end customer experience for walk-in and appointment-based shoppers. You’ll provide a friendly, low-pressure vehicle buying journey, with guidance from the Sales Manager and a focus on caring for customers.

You’ll help with demonstrations, feature explanations, and smooth interactions through all channels while representing our Vision H.E.A.R.T. standards. Training and growth are available.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred, hospitality mindset valued.
• Strong communication across channels (in person, phone, email, text).
• Willingness to learn Ford/Lincoln products and processes.

Responsibilities

• In-Store Customer Experience: be the customer’s primary contact from inquiry to sale and post-sale follow-up.
• Product Expertise & Education: stay current with Ford/Lincoln training and product updates.
• Customer Nurture & Purchase Support: respond quickly and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Post-Sale Relationship Management: maintain contact at key ownership milestones.
• Community & Promotion: represent the store in local events and online channels.
• Lot & Showroom Presentation: keep the lot and showroom clean and inviting.
