Qualifications

• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation abilities required.
• Must hold a valid driver-s license.

Responsibilities

• Present Ford/Lincoln products in an effective manner to ensure customer understanding.
• Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge.
• Demonstrate features of the vehicle, navigation, and SYNC connectivity.
• Resolve customer inquiries on vehicle technology issues.
• Ensure vehicle detailing is pristine for the customer.
• Lead dealership orientation tours for customers.
• Assist with new and used vehicle descriptions.
