• Present Ford/Lincoln products in an effective manner to ensure customer understanding.
• Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge.
• Demonstrate features of the vehicle, navigation, and SYNC connectivity.
• Resolve customer inquiries on vehicle technology issues.
• Ensure vehicle detailing is pristine for the customer.
• Lead dealership orientation tours for customers.
• Assist with new and used vehicle descriptions.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy individual to fill our Delivery Coordinator / Product Specialist opening. This role is heavily focused on customer service. You don't have to have automotive experience to be successful. IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROVIDED. This job has a history of translating into a successful Sales Consultant career within our company.
