Qualifications

• At least one previous role in customer service required.
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Schedule appointments.
• Follow up with recall lists, special order parts, declined services, missed appointments.
• Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize tracking system daily.
