Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Open availability to work 40 hours/week including holidays.

Aufgaben

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features to customers.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Provide directions and local area information to customers as needed.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions by phone or in person.
• Assist with vehicle returns and note any issues or maintenance needs.
• Maintain regular attendance and pursue training opportunities.
